Process

Project Opening

  1. Our project management team connects with you to map out your project from initial planning through to completion.

  2. A team member will contact you to arrange a pre-construction meeting at your home.

  3. After the meeting, we coordinate all aspects of your project, from organizing schedules to managing costs, ensuring a seamless experience. This phase includes ordering materials and planning around their delivery times.

  4. At this stage, you'll finalize all design choices to maintain momentum and prevent any delays.

  5. We’ll confirm the start date of your project with you.

Project Progress

  1. The project kicks off! During work weeks, the project manager will make several on-site visits to oversee progress.

  2. Your project manager will keep you updated throughout the week with regular progress reports.

  3. Typical on-site working hours are scheduled from 7 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.

  4. Adjustments to the schedule may happen due to weather conditions, design or scope changes, or health-related issues.

  5. Weekly invoices will be provided, outlining any expenses applied to your deposit in line with your contract.

Project Closing

  1. Once your project nears substantial completion, the project manager will arrange a walkthrough to review any outstanding punch list items.

  2. During this review, we’ll work together to compile a comprehensive list of final touches, combining your notes with the project manager's insights.

  3. All punch list items will be scheduled for completion.

  4. After the punch list is finalized, we’ll conduct a final walkthrough for your approval, followed by the final invoice. (Any additional requests beyond this point will be billed separately).
